However, there are some diseases that can occur in Chien de St. Hubert Labrador Retriever mixes. Hip Dysplasia is one of the most common diseases in dogs. It is characterized by poorly developed hip joints that can cause pain and joint problems. Hip Dysplasia is rarely seen in Chien de St. Hubert Labrador Retriever crossbreeds.

Another problem that can occur in this breed is Elbow Dysplasia. This is an abnormal development of the elbow and can lead to fractures. It is a neurological disorder caused by a mutation of the gene aberrant axonal transport (AAT).
